The test
What is a hair mineral analysis?
A lab test that measures the minerals in a small sample of your hair. Because hair grows slowly, it reflects the past few months rather than a single day, and the patterns in it guide your food, lifestyle and supplement choices.
Education, not medicine: Cris reads patterns and turns them into practical suggestions. She isn't a doctor, doesn't diagnose or treat, and will say so and point you onward if something needs medical attention.

From order to results, in five steps
Most people arrive on a phone from a lab referral, so each step is short and the kit comes to you.
Choose your option
Pick the HMA option that fits, accept the client agreement and pay securely in CAD or USD.
Receive your kit
Your instructions and forms arrive by email; Cris sets up your test with CanAlt and the kit is on its way.
Take and send your sample
Snip a small hair sample at home following the instructions, then post it to the lab.
Get your report
When the lab is done, Cris writes your report in plain language.

With most options you book your results-review call and leave with a direction or a written protocol.
