The difference is the level of professional guidance and continued support. The HMA Report Only suits independent review. HMA Starter + Strategic Direction adds interpretation and structured next steps in a 45-minute consultation. The Dedicated Personalized Plan builds an organized, individualized strategy, and the Mineral Alignment Program is a twelve-week partnership with coaching and messaging support. .

How long until I get my results?

Allow time for the kit to reach you, for your sample to reach the lab, and for the analysis itself. Cris lets you know as soon as the results arrive, and any consultation is booked with a private link from that moment. The timeline tool gives a rough estimate.

Do you ship kits outside Canada?

Yes. Clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and India regularly complete the test. International post takes longer each way, and you send your sample to the lab yourself.

Is my card information safe?

Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure pages. Nourish Align Renew never sees or stores your card details.
