The process

  1. Buy and accept the agreement

    Choose your currency, read the client agreement, tick both boxes, type your name and pay securely through Stripe.

  2. Receive your instructions and forms

    An email arrives right after payment with sample instructions and the lab's short forms. Cris sets up your test with CanAlt and your kit is sent.

  3. Take and send your sample

    Collect a small hair sample at home following the instructions and post it to the lab.

  4. Book your results review

    When results are in and your account is paid in full, you receive a private link to book your 45-minute call.

  5. Receive your protocol

    After the call, Cris writes your personalized protocol. Messaging stays open until three days after it's released.

Which option should I choose?

If you want the data and a clear written explanation, choose the HMA Report. If you'd like to go through your results with Cris and leave with a direction, the HMA Starter is the most popular choice. The Dedicated Personalized Plan adds a written protocol, and the 12-week Program adds coaching calls and messaging while you put it into practice. .

How long until I get my results?

Allow time for the kit to reach you, for your sample to reach the lab, and for the analysis itself. Cris lets you know as soon as the results arrive, and your results-review call is booked with a private link from that moment.

Do you ship kits outside Canada?

Yes. Clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and India regularly complete the test. International post takes longer each way, and you send your sample to the lab yourself.

Is my card information safe?

Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure pages. Nourish Align Renew never sees or stores your card details.
